Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and laju8 as the platform operator. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the laju8 platform, you hereby expressly and unconditionally indicate your acceptance of all terms set out here.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the laju8 platform. Continued use of this platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as your agreement to the amended version.

These terms are to be read together with the laju8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

User Eligibility

Use of the laju8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement
• Are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activity
• Are not currently listed on any active self-exclusion programme

laju8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension while verification is carried out. A National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid travel document may be used as proof of identity.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to own and operate only one active account on the laju8 platform. Any attempt to register additional accounts, whether using a different name, mobile number, email or bank details for the purpose of benefiting from promotions or circumventing any imposed restrictions, constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Account details including your username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party. laju8 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.

Personal details provided at registration, particularly your full name and bank information, must be consistent and accurate. laju8 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal if the bank account name does not match the name registered on the platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

laju8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through established payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum requirements are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: within 10 to 45 minutes

All deposits made into a laju8 account are for gambling purposes only. Any attempt to use this platform as an intermediary for money transfers or for any purpose that violates anti-money laundering laws is strictly prohibited and subject to reporting to the relevant authorities.

laju8 reserves the right to request supporting documents to meet compliance requirements before processing a withdrawal. This includes proof of the payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by laju8, including the welcome bonus, cashback, and VIP programme benefits, are subject to the specific terms set for each respective promotion. Those specific terms are to be read together with these general terms.

The laju8 welcome bonus offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any portion derived from that bonus is eligible for withdrawal. For example:

• A deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120, giving an account balance of RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM1,200 (i.e. RM120 × 10)
• A deposit of RM1,800 generates a bonus of RM1,000, giving an account balance of RM2,800, with a wagering requirement of RM10,000 (i.e. RM1,000 × 10)

The laju8 VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.4% for Bronze level to up to 1.5% for Platinum members. Progress within the VIP programme depends on your overall wagering activity.

laju8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or promotion if there are indications of abuse, including but not limited to the opening of multiple accounts or the systematic exploitation of promotions.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the laju8 platform, covering slots, live casino, sportsbook, lottery and others, each have their own rules that can be found within the respective game interface. Users are responsible for understanding those rules before starting any game session.

laju8 uses an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated. Any attempt to use assistance software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in account closure and freezing of funds.

For sports betting, laju8 reserves the right to cancel or adjust betting markets in the event of a technical error, false information, or circumstances beyond the operator's control. Decisions made by laju8 in such matters are final.

laju8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of any provision in these terms, or for the following reasons:

• Fraud or providing misleading information during registration
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or technical errors in the system
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• User found to be under 21 years of age
• Activity suspected to be related to money laundering
• Request by legal authorities or regulatory bodies

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to no ongoing review cases.

Platform Liability Limits

laju8 strives to keep the platform running without interruption 24 hours a day. However, we cannot guarantee platform availability at all times due to technical factors, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

laju8 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end
• Game results disputed after a session has ended normally
• Indirect losses arising from use of the platform
• Content provided by third-party game providers

In any circumstance, laju8's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Intellectual Property

All content on the laju8 platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, user interfaces and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of laju8 or its relevant licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish, publicly display or modify any content from the laju8 platform without first obtaining written permission from laju8.

Brands and trade names appearing on the laju8 platform, including game provider names, are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes in the context of the services we offer.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

laju8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to users via their account or through announcements on the platform. Non-material amendments will take effect immediately upon publication.

This document and all relations between laju8 and its users are governed by the applicable laws under the jurisdiction established by laju8's international licensing. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an appropriate arbitration body.

If any provision in these terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
